FREE WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS AND THE COMMUNITY

Periodically, GAPT provides a workshop on parenting or an introduction to play therapy. It is open to the public and everyone is invited. To express interest or to register for a workshop, please send an email to info@gapt.org

OUTREACH ACTIVITIES

One of GAPT'S ongoing outreach activities to our community is the opportunity to visit a play therapy room. We have a substantial library of play therapy books to read and videos to watch. There is no charge. You may schedule by contacting us.

Previous Events

The Georgia Association for Play Therapy hosted a fun fall festival for the community on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Waller Park, Roswell, GA. We played games, ate tasty food, received chair massages, and enjoyed face painting and arts and crafts. Parents and their children met local play therapists and participated in workshops/activities to enhance their relationship.
