FICS is hiring Georgia-licensed therapists for full-time W-2 positions serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clinicians with experience in child and adolescent therapy, family systems, and trauma-informed care are encouraged to apply. The standard 40-hour workweek includes 30 hours of direct clinical service and 10 hours of paid administrative work. LPC direct-service pay is $40–$48/hour; LCSW direct-service pay is $40–$50/hour; administrative work for LPC/LCSW clinicians is paid at $20/hour. LAPC/LMSW clinicians receive $25–$28/hour for both direct clinical and administrative work. FICS provides established referrals, credentialing and billing support, structured onboarding, and weekly clinical supervision for LAPC/LMSW clinicians. Applicants must hold an active Georgia LPC, LCSW, LAPC, or LMSW license.
