We are looking forward to our very first community Fall Festival on 9/30/2023. (It was Gloria's wonderful idea!) We hope to provide a fun space for families and businesses to meet Georgia play therapists. We hope to see you there.

Our conference is forthcoming with full capacity. I look forward to seeing your wonderful faces (or lovely eyes for those who choose to wear masks for safety). I'm looking forward to our first time having conference sponsors and external donators who are enabling us to better spread fun and wellness to our play therapists. You desire all the joy and fun that comes your way to balance caring for Georgia's children and families on a daily basis. The board is also planning a community event for July (with the sponsorship of Aetna) so we looking forward to sharing more information with you soon.

I am wishing you wellness during this holiday season and new year! Our conference is forthcoming on March 10-11, 2023, and we look forward to seeing you in person (with some safety measures in place to prevent the spread of illness). Please note that our conference registration is now online! Check out our updated website. We will also have sponsor and vendor opportunities this year so help us to spread the word. I look forward to gathering and laughing with you in 2023.

Hello! It is an absolute pleasure and honor to be elected as your new GAPT President! I look forward to enhancing the greatness that GAPT provides to our members and the community at large (and also request your patience as we transition the organizational aspects after being led by Trudy Post-Sprunk for nearly three decades and due to APT requirements that are currently being updated for chartered branches). The Board of Directors is planning to continue some of the awesome traditions and begin new ones as well. I look forward to serving as your leader and to the great work that we all provide in the midst of the current chaotic atmosphere. Thank you for continuing to care about the children in Georgia and for promoting the goodness of play therapy!
